MINORS BREAKING RULES:
1ST OFFENSE- NO PRIVILEGES FOR 1 MONTH
2ND OFFENCE- MINOR AND PARENTS-REVOKED 1 MONTH
3RD OFFENSE- ALL FAMILY MEMBERS’ PRIVILEGES REVOKED INDEFINITELY
ADULTS BREAKING RULES:
1ST OFFENCE- NO PRIVILEGES FOR 1 MONTH
2ND OFFENCE- PRIVILEGES REVOKED INDEFINITELY- INDIVIDUAL MUST APPEAR

These guidelines for enforcement of these rules
were passed at the board of directors meeting on February 7, 2008.
VERBAL ABUSE, BY AN ADULT OR MINOR, OF CLUBHOUSE EMPLOYEE,
CONTRACTOR OR SERVICE SUPPLIER:
SUSPENSION OF PRIVILEGES FOR ONE MONTH
PHYSICAL ABUSE, BY AN ADULT OR MINOR, OF CLUBHOUSE EMPLOYEE:
PRIVILEGES ARE SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY. INDIVIDUAL MUST APPEAR BEFORE
THE MASTER BOARD TO GET PRIVILEGES REINSTATED
The guidelines for
enforcement of these rules were passed at the board of directors
meeting on February 10, 2009.

NO NEW TENANTS MAY MOVE INTO STONEYBROOK UNTIL THIS LEASE
REGISTRATION IS APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. A $100 FINE
WILL BE APPLIED TO THE LESSOR FOR ANY LEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED
WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE MASTER ASSOCIATION. NO LEASE MAY BE FOR
LESS THAN A THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD. A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK MUST
BE COMPLETED ON EACH ADULT (18 YEARS +) LEASING THE UNIT. THIS
APPLICATION MAY BE DISAPPROVED FOR GOOD CAUSE PER 11(A)-11(J) OF THE

Lights Out on Your Street?
You can report non-working street lights to FPL and
they will fix the light in 5 to 10 days after reporting.
To report a problem click
FPL Lighting and choose the "Traditional" style light.
Please put as much description as possible on where the light is
located. Also please put in the location of the community as
FPL or the Contractor has problems finding the exact addresses using
Google or MapQuest.
Tip: Mark the pole with a ribbon or colored tape and note
that in the location description.

Stoneybrook Adopt-a-Lawn Program
Due to the reduced
income from HOA dues on foreclosed homes and unpaid dues on hundreds
of
homes we are looking for volunteers to take up the cause and
maintain yards and flower beds at these houses. For more
information please contact the Clubhouse about houses on your street.
Architectural Review Committee Requests
ARC requests can be
picked up at the Clubhouse office. The ARC Committee meets the
last Wednesday of the month. When submitting forms please fill
out the form completely and attach pictures, drawings, etc.
You are encouraged to attend the meeting in case there are any
questions regarding your request.
ARC committee meetings scheduled each month.
Forms must be dropped of the Friday before the last Wednesday for
consideration.
An ARC request is mandatory for any exterior change to your home.
Forms are available on the web site or at the clubhouse office.
Attention Stoneybrook at Gateway Residents
We are looking for volunteers for the following
Stoneybrook at Gateway Committees:
ARC Committee
The members for this committee are responsible for
reviewing Resident requests for architectural changes to their
property. They approve or deny requests while following the
guidelines set within the Stoneybrook at Gateway Procedural Manual
and Master association Documents.
Compliance Committee
The members of this committee are responsible for
maintaining compliance within the Stoneybrook at Gateway community.
Each member is assigned a street, or streets, to maintain. The
members of this committee help to insure that Residents are in
compliance with all deed restrictions and Stoneybrook at Gateway
Master Association bylaws.
If you are interested in Volunteering for either of
these committees please contact Angie in the Clubhouse at
stoneybrookclubhouse@Comcast.net with your letter of intent.

Hurricane Season Reminder
Hurricane Season is
upon us. Please make sure that you are registered at the
Clubhouse office. If you are not registered and on a roster at
the time of a hurricane, you will not be granted access through the
gate.
Reminder: Storm
Shutters can only be in a closed position when the
National Weather Service has issued a hurricane watch for the
Lee County.
All storm shutters must be returned to open position within 72 hours
after the hurricane watch expires or is no longer in effect.
